Rewire Your Brain

By Summer: Don’t get stuck in a negative mind frame. Set yourself free. It’s never too late to change your mindset. do it now before it’s too late. How you start the morning sets a tone for the rest of the day. Happiness is a attitude, not a situation. Adapt a new way of thinking. Instead of thinking what you did wrong in the past, rather think about what you did right. Recognize your own value.

1summer2 Hold yourself to the same standard as you hold your friends. Smile more! Instead of saying “Why is this happening to me?” rather say “What am I suppose to learn or gain from this?”. Stop being a people pleaser. Forgive and love yourself.

Practice makes perfect! Instead of watching TV, read a book! Add color to your life. Be proactive! Get enough rest and take a look at your diet! Clean your space and detoxify your body from harmful toxins and chemicals. Stop reading or watching the news. 99% of the time, it is negativity that is feeding your brain. Go for a daily walk there is nothing like fresh air to clear your head.

Hug your kids and your pets and tell them you love them! Remove the things no longer serving you! Stay away from toxic energy vampires! Meditate everyday! Repeat after me “I am fearfully and wonderfully made!” Make your own list of positive affirmations and repeat those words to yourself over and over! Speak from the heart and the world will always listen.


Get a journal and write down your thoughts. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, swallow your pride, don’t put yourself down by thinking you not worthy of receiving help. Find the positive in a negative situation! Express your feelings, let it out in a healthy way! Stay away from drugs and alcohol and caffeine! Heal and connect with your inner child! Spend less time on your phone and more time in the garden! If someone makes you unhappy, be brave enough to walk away!

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You can’t think straight if your clothing or shoes makes you feel uncomfortable, you will just end up feeling irritated & frustrated. If you want to feel calm and relaxed, remember so that your thoughts stay positive.

Repeat this to yourself “My thoughts and feelings shape my reality.”

Every time you have a negative thought, add a funny soundtrack to it, then laugh your way out of it or at least try! Check your breathing pattern! And this one is very important, Practice Gratitude!Sing your heart out no matter what your voice sound like!Loving yourself is your weapon against negativity, a healthy self-esteem will help you overcome the blues.

Instead of dwelling on the past rather dwell on the future, create a vision board and visualize your future, cut and paste all those images on a board of the things you want in life, dream big brave heart!
