By Bridgette: Are you searching for positive motivations to get rid of negative reactions? Let’s look at ways this can be cultivated in one’s daily life. One way is to care about one’s Health and wellbeing and its support system, after all this is a universal law to seek balance. If this motivation isn’t found, then this means a person is playing some game with him/herself… Meaning internal conflict that demands expression. If you really aspire for self-improvement in a real human way, in other words, If there is the full cognition of the purpose of existence, exact dedication of yourself towards self-improvement.
Now we need to adopt some rules to help annihilate negative egoistic behavior reactions. For example: There are certain criteria to define how selfish or altruistic the everyday choices are. These rules are exclusively embedded in a person’s conscience… Therefore, no-one watches you or forces you to do something. For one:- if the absorption of negative activity is accumulated, the individual itself has to find the necessity inside of him/herself for self-improvement. In this way the responsibility is built up in such a way.
Searching for positive motivations… How are these found? Many spiritual doctrines and religions tell us for many centuries about LOVE as the key to our spiritual growth. But we still on a daily basis have to choose between good and evil. Having a hard time sometimes isn’t easy. But say! We used Love as a non- negotiable basis for all our interaction with the world, people, animal, thoughts etc. (Actually love is always unconditional care, sincere interest in the well-being and spiritual growth of the ones we love, a necessity to share everything we have, joy, splendid thoughts, feelings information interests, good mood, therefore increasing the others life power) This means always to be active in our best manifestations. Our human rationality is the ability to find the most effective decisions. In other words, the ability to find correct decisions to consider, and to act sensibly. So! Positive versus negative feedback. There is a difference between the two, thus, positive response will enact change, and negative response reduces change.
Starting with training oneself to have an optimistic mindset, by eliminating negative phrases, such as: “I can’t, I give up, or I’m worthless” or such. Try to recall only positive events of the past to reinforce positive outcomes for the future… Even using a facial expression of a smile or laughing is a great mechanism to use. Remember, you are not a victim, but a victor. So watch your thoughts as they become words, then watch your words as they become actions, thus actions will lead to habits, which in turn becomes your character, and thus your character will become your destiny. Positive thinking promotes relief of stress, doubt, questions like “what if?” or anxious reactions or behaviors. It promotes hope and well-being, it gets us to the bright side of things, it converts critical thought into beneficial thoughts. Negative thinking always looks at what can go wrong, and it only sees one point of view. Therefore the positive person is optimistic, and the negative person is pessimistic. Biologically. Optimisms releases serotonin in the brain, the happy hormone improving brain and body health, and it decreases the cortisol (negative hormone… so to say) levels in the brain, and pessimism increases cortisol levels, which left unchecked (by dwelling on negative thought) which leads to slower brain function and even the development of depression, mood swings even bipolar chemistry imbalances… So, for instance cortisol is the brain’s “Dark side”… and serotonin is the “Bright side”. Wishing you all happy positive thoughts.
Love and Light,
