All of us have an energy body which is a couple of layers thick and its brightness depends on how visible we are as a Light in the World. We can use this energy to heal ourselves and heal others, and also heal the Planet.
Energy Healing is absolutely possible and so many of us are beginning to understand this with the use of crystal healing, Reiki, Faith Healing and most importantly, by loving the Earth and her animals. This could be as simple as picking up rubbish on the beach or donating to a charity that helps with natural disasters.
If ever there was a time where the Holy Spirit has returned to Earth, it is now. Humans are being woken up to compassion and caring through all the natural disasters which are happening around the Globe. Love is certainly finding a way to exist.
In your life too, you may find that you are facing a disaster – it could be in the form of a death, a divorce, a legal matter, loss of job – something has put you in a place of fear. The reason this is happening is that you are about to evolve. You are about to go through the veil.
Humans are so stubborn it is only when we are really hurting or struggling that we find our Faith. We get brought to our knees as the pain has become so loud and real we cannot handle it anymore. This is when you will start to see the communication that the Angels are sending down to us at this time.
Double numbers on your clock – more and more these numbers will start to stand out , for example 22h22, or 3h33. This is a sign that your Angels, Guides and passed loved ones are with you ( The dead will rise.).
At the moment, there have been many catastrophic natural disasters – including the latest Corona virus where Mother Nature just said enough is enough. STOP hurting the animals! Stop hurting the planet!
SO here is a simple process to do that will calm your mind when you start hurting or panicking. It’s a very simple process used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but it works very well when dealing with an intense spiritual journey where patience is needed.
Take the situation at hand – your ex sent you a horrible message and it really stings, your dog just died, rent is due next week and you are unemployed, your wife has asked for a divorce – and do the following:.
The S.T.O.P. Process in regaining control of your thoughts.
Just pause for a moment
TAKE A BREATH
Notice your breathing as you breathe in and out. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
What thoughts are going through your mind right now?
Where is your focus of attention?
What are you reacting to?
What sensations do you notice in your body?
PULL BACK – PUT THE SITUATION INTO SOME SORT OF POSITIVE PERSPECTIVE
DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK!
What’s the bigger picture?
Take the helicopter view.
What is another way of looking at this situation?
What advice would I give a friend?
What would a trusted friend say to me right now?
Is this thought a fact or opinion?
What is a more reasonable explanation?
How important is this? How important will it be in 6 months time?
It will pass.

What is the most helpful thing for me, for others, for the situation?
What can I do that fits with my values?
Where can I focus my attention right now?
