By Anastasia: From the time we are born to the time we leave our bodies we are shown a lesson upon lesson of how to let go… A mother for instance, has to let go of the fact her baby does not need her in the same way for sustenance and comfort.
Sometimes a little sadness emerge for that mum, as she watches her child learn to eat solid food, crawl and then begin the process of walking…
This visual that I just gave you is how life is for most of us if we take the time to think about it. We nurture something or someone and then there is a time we need to let them/it go. It could be in job training, a relationship, a pet or possibly our life’s course.
Change is easy for about 37% in the job markets of workers who want to level up and grow. The rest of us settle into a routine and would prefer not to have to make the effort to do so. Trust is the key here. Do we trust that if we let go of what we know at any given time a new horizon will be better? This is rarely the case unless one really digs in and does the internal work, relying on faith that you are held and loved and you will and can land on your feet and take what you need from your current situation and leave the rest behind. This is where the art form comes in.
These are the questions you need to be asking yourself. Can I survive this change? Yes, is the answer for you have done many subtle changes before and this might be a bigger one, but you will survive and even thrive if you let yourself, make the next move to grow and gather and change into an even better version of yourself. This can be difficult but does not have to be if you remember to trust the process and have faith that the universe only wants Love and Light for you at all times.
Believe it or not we are the ones who run from these two gifts. Usually the love is speaking to you while the light is waiting for you to step into your magnificence but only when you say okay! Our fears spin us into unhealthy patterns and lost roads of despair that keep us from this art of letting go. This is where I come in. If you are feeling lost or without a true north in your sight, please by all means give me a chat or call. Together we can discover the way to proceed. Having a bird’s eye view is a gift.
Let me help you get perspective and give you some support while you transition to your next adventure. Being stuck is no fun and it’s never a great thing to make a career out of it. Sometimes relationships have an expiration date. Jobs come to an end and one needs to move on. Children leave home and the nest is empty… Change is a wonderful way of letting go and letting more love and light in and is preferred the older we get so let it happen! It’s going to anyway, so why not yield to the reality that change is part of a life plan that will give you a measure of peace as you allow the possibilities and blessings to emerge.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Love, Light and Blessings,
