By Audrey: This March, we are basking in the glow of a rare planetary alignment, where four visible planets can be seen in the western night sky until March 3rd.

Cosmic events like this bring powerful energy opportunities for self-work, empowerment, and healing. There is a universal healing light available to anyone ready to embrace growth in 2026. The cosmos have gifted us this energy shift, and it’s an invitation to take advantage of it now.

Life can often feel overwhelming, with anxiety and never-ending tasks clouding our joy. Yet, we can redirect this energy through grounding techniques and self-empowerment practices such as mantras, meditation, and mindful routines. Whether your goals are health-focused, romantic, or personal, now is the time to jumpstart your positive energy and feed it into your intentions.

A successful self-empowerment routine begins with choosing a joyful activity alone once a week—something that brings relaxation and peace, like hiking, gardening, or simply enjoying fresh air and sunshine. This quiet time allows you to calm your mind and prepare for meditation and mantra work.

Don’t feel intimidated by the process. Starting small is enough: even 10 minutes of a solo joyful activity followed by 10 minutes of meditation with a positive mantra can be profoundly transformative. March provides a cosmic head start, with a surge of healing light to energize your self-work. It’s a reminder to slow down, pay attention, and ask yourself what truly brings fulfillment.

A Simple Self-Empowerment Routine

Choose your joyful activity – Spend time alone in something that makes you happy and relaxed.

Ground yourself – Take six deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. This helps release tension and opens space for cosmic energy.

Meditation and Mantra – In a quiet space, sit or lie comfortably with eyes closed for 8 minutes, reserving 2 minutes to recite the following mantra:

I am ready to receive success and healing that I deserve,

and focus all my positive energy on empowering myself this year.

I am ready to receive the golden healing light from within

and from all around the cosmos to support me in achieving my goals.

I am ready to proclaim to myself and the universe

that this year I will empower myself to succeed,

and support myself through both challenges and joys.

The Ripple Effect of Empowerment

By consistently practicing this routine, you will notice small but meaningful changes in all areas of your life. Supportive loved ones will encourage your progress, while those who resist positivity will eventually step aside, unable to interfere with your energy.

This routine creates a profound shift: it influences your outer energy, fills your space with positivity, and leaves no room for negativity. Choosing yourself this March and dedicating time to joy and self-empowerment is a powerful act of self-love.

Keeping a journal alongside your routine is highly recommended. Documenting your progress helps maintain accountability, sparks new ideas, and provides a reference during days when motivation feels low. By clearly identifying your needs and desires, you take bold action to manifest your dreams.

Self-empowerment work ensures your success and transforms aspirations into tangible reality. This March, commit to planning your routine and embracing your cosmic support. It’s the easiest and most rewarding choice for lasting happiness.
