Be mindful that the movements you undertake with your hands match the desired vibes. For example, if you want to attract money, envision dollar signs and circles representing coins. Even abstract connections are useful, such as trees for paper or pizza dough for making dough (money).<\/p>\n

Your intention must be clear. Think of and imagine money, engaging all your senses in this intention. Your intentions can be expressed through chants, thoughts, or even song lyrics. As long as it sets the mood and occupies your thoughts, you’re on the right track.<\/p>\n

Healers’ hands are essential. You can often recognize them by their warmth. People might tell you how amazing it felt when you massaged them. Eventually, someone will acknowledge that you have healing hands. With healing hands, you will naturally feel others’ energy and emotions. <\/p>\n

To enhance the practice, music should engage your sense of hearing, complementing your intention and imagination. Choose sounds that fit the vibe, such as siren music for a cleansing effect, as blood is linked with water.<\/p>\n

Before you begin, cleanse your own energy. This can be done using selenite, incense, or even touching something comforting like a hoodie, blanket, or pillow. Engaging your sense of smell with pleasant aromas, like incense or smudge sticks, can also aid in grounding your energy.<\/p>\n

For an overall cleansing, high-pitched noises or a swarm of bees can be effective. Maintaining a clear intention, strong imagination, and engaged senses are crucial.
