By Robynne: Etheric cords are invisible energy bonds that connect us to other people, places, and things. They can be positive or negative. Positive etheric cords are those that bring us love, support, and inspiration. Negative etheric cords, on the other hand, can drain us of our energy and make us feel unhappy, angry, or resentful.

If you have a negative etheric cord to someone, it’s important to cut it. Here are some ways to do it:

Visualization: Imagine the negative cord as a black or grey strand of energy. See yourself cutting it with a pair of scissors or a knife. As you cut the cord, visualize all the negative energy being released from your body.

Affirmation: Repeat an affirmation to yourself, such as “I am free from this negative connection” or “I release all the pain and anger associated with this cord.”

Meditation: Meditate on the negative cord and see yourself releasing it from your body. You can also visualize yourself surrounded by white light, which will help to protect you from the negative energy.

Energy healing: See a trained energy healer who can help you to cut the negative cord and remove any negative energy that is attached to it.

Here are some tips for preventing negative etheric cords:

Be aware of your energy boundaries. Don’t allow people to drain your energy or take advantage of you.

Set clear boundaries with people. Let them know what you’re comfortable with and what you’re not.

Be selective about the people you spend time with. Surround yourself with positive people who lift you up, not people who bring you down.

Take care of your own energy. Eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly.

Meditate or practice other forms of relaxation to help you stay grounded and centred.

By following these tips, you can help to prevent negative etheric cords from forming in your life. And if you do find that you have a negative etheric cord, you can take steps to cut it and release the negative energy.
